When you open yourself to God it is truly amazing what God will give back to you!

I was born and currently live in Toledo, Ohio in a multicultural family, which I feel is a great asset in my life because I was taught to accept people for whom they are instead of their ethnicity. I have always worked in the medical field which is important for me to help others.

I am married and have two children and a dog named Sir Max, which my husband gave to me. I enjoy reading, gardening, crafts, writing, volunteering and speaking.

It was back in the mid 1970s when I was involved in an abusive marriage, I finally got out of that marriage, but for many years afterward, I still carried a lot of anger inside of me. The anger was so powerful that I thought it was going to destroy me and several relationships, and I didn't like the person I saw when looking in the mirror. About 20 years later, I finally came to a dead end in my life and I had to deal with the anger from the abuse and low self esteem. Dealing with the burdens that have engulfed one's soul is not easy, and a spiritual journey can mentally exhaust you but can also empower you. At this point in my life, I turned myself over to God and listened to understand my purpose.

The one thing I learned to understand that it is God's way or no way, and through my darkest hours of abuse, I didn't know what God was preparing me for today. It is through my spiritual journey that I have come to understand what my purpose in life is, and I have dedicated my life to empower others so they can achieve their dreams,

I know the saddest feeling one can have, and that is leaving this earth never knowing one's purpose for being here.
